I originally went to the Ballwin location but then it closed so I moved to the Crestwood location. I had to have a black card because I wanted to tan before vacation. They said it would be $11 a month. I noticed from October 12-November 17 they charged me $92.17 I am so confused by the billing. I contacted the company and the manager at the Crestwood location said it is above him and he could not help me. He did tell me tanning was free so he wasn't sure why I was told I had to have a black card. I feel I was misled because they told me I had to have the black card in order to tan and now they are saying I do not. I don't get it.

****** signed up for a Black Card membership on September 20th, 2021. The Black Card membership is $22.99 plus applicable tax per month, and $39 plus applicable tax each year for the annual dues. I have emailed Mr. ***** explaining the dues and I have sent Mr. ***** a copy of the agreement he filled out on September 20th, 2021, for reference.
