      Do not use this "company"! They do not stand by their work or word and give you the runaround. We are out over $500 and still had to buy a new washer!! This was all while having them come out numerous times over a year time span. And every single time they "diagnosed" our washer incorrectly and we were out that money. Once we gave up on them actually fixing it correctly, the receptionist called to inquire about our satisfaction with the service that was provided. When we told her how upset we were about everything, she acted suprised, and said that she would have someone contact us immediately to resolve it. This was after the manager/owner (not sure if that's correct since he never introduced himself) promised us a full refund because they guarantee their work. We sent them the invoices/receipts per their request and after that never heard from them again. They also never returned our calls, texts, and emails.From the beginning this company seemed a bit ******. We wish we would have never invested our time and loss of money with them.I hope this prevents someone else's heartache and frustration.

      was not very inpressed was not told on phone that there was a ****** trip fee and wouldnt be fixed that day. a very young man showed up in a car and small tool bag, all i ***** fixed was a latch on a front load washer fixed & ****** later couldnt get it fixed for 3 more days had to order a part which i figured with unusual part would be fixed that day, the kid and the car should have told me dont do it.

      If I could give a rating less than 1 I would. This company has approximately $450 of my money and the ice maker is still not working properly. When I discovered my ice maker still wasn't working properly I called and made an appointment for the next day. 3 hours after the technician was scheduled to come I called and left a message asking if they were still coming..I did not receive a call back and the technician never showed up. I stayed home all day waiting; very disrespectable and unprofessional. I called and left a message the next day; I never received a call back. False advertising: Satisfaction guaranteed; I'm not satisfied. I drove to the address given and there is a paper sign posted in the window of a storage rental office that says Service Brothers. The rental office was not open. You can never talk to a live person. I would recommend never using this company.

      Hello ***,I first off want to apologize for the delayed response. I also would like to apologize that you weren't 100% satisfied with our company. We always guarantee our work, and we give a 90 days parts and labor warranty on it. Our office is located at ************************************************************* Suite 101. The sign you were referring to says "On Site Repairs Only". We're a small company and 99% of the time, we're out on calls. I really do try and answer every call, but our phone rings every few minutes, so sometimes it's impossible. We're not about excuses though. Please let me know what I can do to ensure your satisfaction. I assure you we do it the right way and do hope you'll give us another chance in the future.
