Purchased a used pontoon boat and had the warranty transferred from the original owner to me. Then I put in a warranty request for the furniture as half of it was in bad shape, but the other half was in very good condition. The warranty claim was denied, they said it was environmental. If that was true ALL of the furniture would be damaged, not half. Seems like a product defect, as the entire boat was treated the same and in the same Environment. The furniture comes with a 10 year warranty, and there is still 6 years left, any good that will do me.!Review from Brian L

Horrible horrible company and business model. Who can I talk to about a livewell issue on my boat? I have taken it back to the dealer 6 or 7 times for the same warranty repair and the issue still exists. ****** does not seem to care about fixing the issue on their brand new boat and it's been months of dealing with this. Ranger will not deal directly with their customers and will only tell you to consult with your dealer. I am trying to avoid going legal but something needs to be done now. I am paying for a boat that is useless for fishing and can't get any help.Review from John W

Absolutely horrible experience. I purchased a new Tracker 175 TXW boat from one of their Tracker Elite Dealers on 4/29/2023. The boat had a very significant water leak the very first time I put it in the lake. The boat has been serviced 5 times by the dealer and it still leaks and it has probably gotten worse. The Elite dealer has been in contact with Tracker for remedies to fix the boat. They have checked and tightened all fittings, removed and put sealant under the transom inspection cover then re-riveted. The motor was removed and reinstalled so that sealant could be placed under the transom cap. Sealant was also used under the gunnel on both sides. In my opinion the use of this much sealant on a new boat to try prevent leaks is not normal and will diminish its value. The boat also has approximately 17+ volts of electrical current running through the hull when it is plugged in to the onboard battery charger. There are/ were several other problems with lights, live well, vinyl flooring, etc some have been addressed others not.Tracker advertises that their Elite dealers represent the best in the boating industry for Tracker product service, knowledge, and dedication to the customer experience before, during and after the sale. They also advertise that each dealer is trusted to provide the best boat buying experience that exceeds customer expectations, that they create top-quality boats that will last a lifetime, and that their boats are backed by an industry leading warranty among many other claims. In my opinion they fall very short on many of their advertising and service claims.I would suggest that anyone considering a Tracker product throughly research the product check customer reviews and throughly read the actual written warranty.Review from Mark B

I have a 2023 16 ft Bass Buggy. I've had it at 2 different dealers for 5 months waiting to get a main wiring harness at my cost. They have a 10 yr warranty on the boat and can't buy parts and it's not a year old.Review from Clifford W

**************** is an absolute nightmare. Everything is referred back to the local dealers. Being the customer and purchaser of the product you are left in the dark on any warranty or repairs even if the manufacturer is at fault. You have no say in the process what so ever. The company treats the dealers not much better. Boat was bought brand new in 2021 and with the issues its had Ive only had it on the water enough to barely brake the motor in other than that in the shop. This go around started 8 months ago and now they are talking about shipping it back to the factory. Yet another summer of family time on our new boat lost. Even if it is fixed in the factory its now a rebuilt boat not a brand new one I thought I purchased and continue to pay for every month. A lot of companies would take the lemon back and make things right but not WRMG they got their money so to heck with guaranteeing a quality product and company practice with the customers who fund them. I would be embarrassed to say I was the owner of this company and certainly dont run mine this way but then again I stand behind my products and craftsmanship. May be an expensive life ****** but if not handled properly and professionally with the customer in mind its safe to say that I will never recommend a WRMG product to anyone and save them the frustration and stress Ive been experiencing for the past two years. Sounds like Im not the only one dealing with these issues, but I know now to do a lot more homework before making a decision. Hopefully White River Marine Group, youll do something about these issues and not indulge in the corporate greed game that plagues our society and actually treat your customers as opportunities to create and make something better rather than just serial numbers to make more corporate profits. Sincerely, one extremely disappointed customer.Review from Kenneth Ray R

2022 T16 Tahoe purchased March 2022. Endless issues with the Speedometer Took 8 months to get a new one. Unfortunately I m not able to test ride the boat because there is a recall from the Coast Guard saying that there is not enough Foam in the boat and it will sink if it fills with water. The US Coast Guard says the boat is unsafe to operate and do not use the boat until it's inspected and retrofitted. White River Marine Group does not have one single retrofit kit made or in stock. There are no plans to retest the boats after they are retrofitted. This boat is a lemon and needs to be scrappedReview from Larry G

Ordered a 2023 22DLX Fishing Barge.. Financing approved at 5%. Was told it would be ready end of June/first of July.. NOT! Kept dragging me along. Finally told it was delivered but not checked in and since been more than ninety days they neede to run another finance application. Now financing is 1 1/4 % higher. So I'm paying more because they're straight up liars. Wouldn't recommend WR financing. I hope the $52,000 boat I'm buying is a piece of ****. Stay away from Bass pro and White River.Review from David L

Horrible company that should go out of business. They sent out a recall letter regarding a brand new trailer, the bearings may "seize up" under ordinary use.I called to see if it was safe to tow into the shop for the recall work. They referred me elsewhere. They are the manufacturer. They sent out a letter on their own letterhead, you call, they have no answers. Pass the buck.this company cares not one iota about customer safety, they sent the letter to cover liability, that's it.hoping they go out of business.
