GRANT OLSON, DDS has time to get on and airplane go on vacation??? (This is also what the receptionist told me), but no time to address complaints from customers regarding his business.
They do not want to make things right with or by their customers, and eventually you will have problems with something someday! File a complaint as they will ignore you as well, treating you with the silent treatment.
My complaint was very severe with how my health has declined due to innovative dental because they were giving me medical advice, and they have no right to be doing that since 2017...and my health has suffered where I was in a wheelchair for over 3 years because of innovative Dental. The bathroom entrances are not big enough for standard wheelchairs. Also the dental assistant didn't read my chart, I put down my special needs, and I fainted and had to have the appointment cut short because they don't care about special needs people at innovative dental...only appealing to the hipster demographic rather than a place where everyone can come and feel welcomed and belong... It's shameful. Even my mom who has been a pharmacy manager for over 15 years, was appalled!!!
Update:
GRANT OLSON, DDS did contact me directly (on his vacation) , but did not address any of my complaints, left me with a coporate response trying to perform damage controll and blowing off my complaint. I told him to please take my email complaint seriously if he wants to change innovative dental to be a better place for myself and others patients...he did not respond and ghosted me. Very unprofessional!!!
I asked that my complaint be annonomous (with my orginal phone call with the receptionist and email), didnt even tell the receptionist my name (both times I called i got the same receptionist), and she reverse looked me up based on my phone number and violated my anonymity regarding my anonymous persons complaint. They could fix things regardless of my anonymousness because the problems at Innovative Dental are even beyond my complaint. It makes it hard to go back to Innovate Dental now that my complaint is no longer confidential. I was hoping they would make things right and improve, and i could go back and have no problems... but now it's difficult when I could possibly be singled out and possibly be retaliated against becuase I have no more anonymity....and I was singled out already by the receptionist.
UPDATE: They intentionally did not call or text as they usually do to let me know about my upcoming appointment as this is all because I filed my complaint...I was retaliated against simply because I made a complaint!!! And because I made my complaint with the Better Business Beauro BBB!!!
It's clear at innovative dental that they don't want complaints nor want to serve patients who make complaints to try to improve things at innovative dental to make it a better place for other patiences, and the owner obviously doesn't want to make it a better place.
Not to mention unprofessional!!!
