After receiving my early spring lawn treatment from *****************, Detail Lawn and Landscaping, on 4-15-22, I was given the option of paying per treatment ($65) or paying for all seven treatments through the late fall winterizer, which would provide a 10% discount. I paid $409.50 for the package on 4-18-22. I was told that the second treatment would be in six weeks, but *** never came and never contacted me with an explanation. When I called him on 6-19-22, he said hed do the second treatment the next week. Again, he didnt come and didnt contact me. I emailed him on 7-5-22 requesting a refund of $344.50 (my payment minus $65 for one treatment). He emailed me on 7-6-22 saying hed drop off the refund at my house, but he never did. I kept his email. In response to one of several calls and texts to him, a lady from his office texted me on 7-14-22 stating that she would drop off the refund check on 7-15-22, but she didnt. After several attempts to reach him by phone, text, and email, I finally spoke to him on 7-30-22. He said he was out of town, so he couldnt drop off a check. I told him that he could put it in the mai, then he hung up on me. I have not once been rude to this man. Im simply asking that he refund the money since he broke the contract by never providing a second treatment much less six more treatments.Business response
