I paid for Toyota care when I bought my care but this company would state I didnt have it and made me pay for services I already had paid for in advance. Thus I paid twice for my services. They offered a partial refund and now two months late still have not sent it.Review from chloe L

HIDDEN FEES!! Our financer, *****, SIGNED FOR US ON MULTIPLE DOCUMENTS for our new car! He added $7,124 in hidden fees over the price we agreed on. We noticed a few days later and were able to get $6k of it taken off with MPP. Would NEVER buy a car here again, scam artists! Signing a document on someone's behalf is ILLEGAL. How do yall sleep at night?? DONT GO HERE.Review from Bridget R

.If you are a woman they will try to pull the wool over your eyes. I came in for the complimentary oil change and tire rotation that is covered under Toyota care. I did not have an appointment. My car is one year old. I was told on the paperwork no fluids needed to be filled, but my husband had already noticed the coolant was past the low ***** We even called them when the had the car and asked them to make sure they did it. I got the Oh we already check that will multi point inspections. When we went to pick it up when they said it was ready, the service member said no fluids needed to be topped off. Upon looking under the hood, the coolant remained past low. The never bothered to look. Spoke to device manager said he was sorry. Could not explain why. I asked If anything would be done today to counsel members on falsifying their paperwork and saying that all fluids were looked at, and he explained that he counsels them all day long. He offered no explanation as to why they falsified their paperwork or why they were unable to noice how empty the pink coolant was in the first place. I explained that two cars I have also brought to them in the past had falsified paperwork saying that one had a filter changed when it did not have a filter changed, as well as them trying to tell me that I needed new breaks on one car.He explained that they always top the fluids, and could not explain why they continue to keep falsifying the paperwork. I told him he was unprofessional to not hold his service members accountable. He dropped his Mouth in disbelief.I told him I felt that I should take my car elsewhere because they continue to try to ******* me for being a woman.He again dropped his mouth wide open, and said to Dont go there with that ****.He then became upset and red faced, and told me to go ahead and go elsewhere, while not giving me his name. I have never regretted visiting a business so much. I had an O2 sensor go out so I went to get it replaced. I was quoted 290 and they would provide the O2 sensor. I drove my vehicle up there and was unable to drive it away after what they did. The service manager ******************* got in my face put his hands in my face and yelled at me in front of the entire service department. They totaled my car saying that the entire hybrid battery went out while they had it. I was not offered a refund they told me I was out of luck. Today **** called me to tell me I needed to get the car off of the lot. I told him I was in the process and asked if I can know who I was speaking with. He said no you may not and hung up on me. In trying to get a resolution I have been stonewalled by the entire company. **** is the one in charge of deciding if I get a refund or not and shocker he decided against it. With the anger issue this man clearly has im concerned for his wife and children. Never again will I buy a Toyota or be at not so reliable Toyota.Review from SOMERDAWN B

The worst we had a deal worked out on a car I had my check they had upped the price then called to tell me 2-3 thousand to fix sun roof then next guy said 8 thousand! Then after 2 hours of them lying i finally got my deposit back.Review from LYDIA T

purchased a used 2014 rav4 in march of 2022, used car dealer calls me to come look at it and the car is trashed, the dealer could not even be bothered to remove the trash and food the previous owner had left. I had a list of things I wanted fixed or looked at such as the broken glove box, wanted that operational, head lights polished, fluid changes, and since the transmission was a sealed unit. I wanted that serviced and a picture of the fluid, since I could not verify the condition without a lift and tools, and lastly a proper detail. These are things that any reputable used car dealer should have taken care of or looked at prior to even placing it for sale. when I was told to pick up the car I asked the dealer if my list had been taken care of and he stated " yes. I even went over the car twice to make sure every thing was done". the detail was ****, the person who polished the head lights burned the paint off of the bumper, the glove box was still not opening, the key was still broken. I was also told that he did not have the ability to photograph the transmission fluid, salesman refused to give me a verification on the condition of the transmission. Just gave excuses oh how that was not his job. Sales manager had the car detailed again, it took 3 weeks to get the key fix. when I took it in for the glove box replacement the tech broke the environment controls, 6 months down the road the transmission has failed. The shop I took it too has documented the findings. the fluid has not been changed nor serviced. basically this dealer flipped a car that was bad and sold it to me. They flat out made false promises and statements that should not have been made.. that statement came directly out of the mouth of manager. All these people did is flip a car as fast as they could. It took 2.5 weeks to get a response back on the transmission I was told that they would look into doing something in good faith, I guess there is none as they will not help with a replacement.Review from Jodi K

I made an appointment to get my oil changed for 1:30 pm. I arrive 5 minutes early. I tell them I have 90 minutes. They tell me it will take 2.5-3 hours for my vehicle. I tell them I cant wait that long and I have an appointment. They tell me there are 50 ppl ahead of me. So I ask if they over scheduled they say no that is just the way it is. But I made an appointment. The quality of customer service is pathetic. The last time I was there I waited 3 hours for a tire rotation. So now I am at the Buick dealership and they are changing my oil. I am sick and tired of the lack of labor being an excuse to give ****** service.Review from Debbie W

If there was a negative star choice I would select it. I went in for routine oil change (purchased vehicle new there in 2013 so have consistently kept up maintenance at dealerships) I was told I needed rear & front brake pads replaced and since I would not agree to have it done right then, I had to sign a liability waiver. Took vehicle elsewhere & mechanics showed me the pads. Of which I have 20% life left on front & 70% remaining life on rear . This is NOT the first time they have tried to get me to do repairs, maintenance not needed. I realize dealerships make their $ on extended warranties, service & financing but trying to con customers is unacceptable. I dont know if this is a Toyota practice nationwide but I will no longer be getting maintenance there & the last 2 vehicles I purchased were Toyota but I will definitely reconsider that on next purchase! My review is solely based on the ******************* I bought a brand new truck from them in 2019. There was a recall on it and I scheduled a service visit on 4/25/22 to have the recall fixed. I had an issue with the sunroof and I had an extended warranty. They told me they would fix it after the recall. They told me it would take 1-2 days on the recall and then another 1-2 days on the sunroof, but they could probably get it all done in two days. They gave me a rental vehicle. I have called them about my *********** have left them voicemails. I want to know what's going on about my truck. I spoke to **** on 4/28 and he told me there were parts that had not come in. He told me if the parts come in on Friday, they would get it done. I called on 5/2 and **** will not call me back. The secretary told me my truck would be done. My truck is not done. I called on 5/4 and they haven't called me back. I have to pay for a rental and I shouldn't have to pay for it if they won't tell me what's going on. They need to improve their customer service and they need to contact people.
