Learn from my bad experience with UNITED PLUMBING so this doesn't happen to you. I called United Plumbing about a toilet not flushing right. The guy who came to my house said the toilet wasnt plumbed right when it was put in (by another company), He said to fix it they needed to replace ALL the cast iron pipes under my house, at the very opposite end of my house, with pvc pipes (kitchen, 2nd bathroom, laundry room), and a clean-out needed to be installed outside. $3500.00. Wow! All that to fix a toilet? But I trusted what I thought was a good reputation and ethical people and thought the problem was fixed. Later, when I found the toilet was still not flushing right, I called them back and a different guy came out. He said the toilet problem I called about originally had not even been touched. It was still leaking sewage into the crawl space. So the first guy saw the toilet problem, was aware of the nature of it, left it, and decided to do a different job that would make more money for them. There had been no problem with the cast iron pipes, they were draining fine. He replaced pipes that didnt need to be replaced to make a bigger job. The toilet only needed to be plumbed right and attached to the existing cast iron pipes. Then they wanted to charge me another $800.00 to fix the toilet which Id called about originally. When I refused to pay more, they eventually said theyd fix the toilet at no additional cost. This intentional deception was a case of preying on a single, retired woman living on social security, thinking she wouldnt know and they could take advantage of that.Response: The owner said they thought we had a "resolution" because they fixed the toilet without gouging another $800.00. There is no agreed upon resolution when I'm out $2700. for a job that wasnt necessary, that I didnt order.. This was a made-up job to fix a problem that didnt exist. Will I be using them again? What do you think?

I had to have a faucet replaced on my whirlpool tub in my house on Nixa. ***** was the man they sent to take care of us. He was a very nice man and did a very good job. He was professional, on time and cleaned up everything before he left. I have used United Plumbing before, and they always do a great job. (I owned a business, and I would be happy to hire such a positive person. He is a great representative for United Plumbing) I would Highly recommend them if you need a plumber for anything.
