I have paid $457.28. On the advice of my previous business mentor, I had ordered a retractable banner, but my new mentor advised against that and said all I needed was a single horizontal banner. I exchanged emails with ******, and have stopped in the office twice to discuss specific needs. I stopped by the office on Monday, Aug. 7 and spoke to a woman who did not tell me her name. She said ****** was out sick. That same day I received an email from someone named Steven Davis who said he had updated my order for what we had discussed, but I don't know who he is. He and I did not have any discussion. I did approve the order for the horizontal vinyl banner, the A-frame and vector retracing. But today I received an email from ****** with a bill for $569.52 for a total bill of $1026.80! The order included a "custom 8 ft. table cover" for $349.99 - $350! I did not order a table cloth and would not pay $350 for that! Further, it is obvious the company spent NO time or effort in following through on what they said they would do! Yesterday I was told the "Best Dog Trainer in Springfield, MO" would go on the A-frame - they put "Top Missouri Dog Trainer" on the banner! They said they wanted testimonial quotes, which I was in the process of gathering, along with photos of clients with their dogs and a bullet list of my services and credentials. They whipped this out so fast with such carelessness! They used my old logo, apparently from my business card, when I had told them very clearly I had revised it and wanted it vector traced! They requested my logo and I sent it to them, but somehow they copied my OLD logo. I also specifically told them there was a stray line on the left side of my dog's face I wanted removed, and they did not remove it! I did not want my OLD logo traced! There is nothing on the A-frame - as discussed yesterday, the A-frame was to take the place of the retractable banner with the info about the best trainer award. It is unfortunate that Ms. ****** chose this path without first speaking to either of the owners regarding any issues she may have had. I know this is a lot of information. I numbered the most relevant files and the rest are there to aid in your research. I feel the video from our lobby camera and email thread will be the most helpful in your research.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:The company is persisting in its refusal to refund what I have pre-paid for agreed upon work. They are the epitome of unethical and sloppy business practice. I will be gathering the dates and email communications, and documenting the conversations I had in the lobby about the work to be done. The company proceeded in haste to produce highly inferior work without waiting to receive all the documentation I agreed to provide in my visits to the office and in email communication and phone calls. I have reported Signarama to the ** **** ********* ****** and my bank. They would do well to just apologize and refund my money, rather than persist in their error.

I would like a full refund. The work has not been completed as agreed upon. I was charged $350 for a table cloth I did not order. The company proceeded to draft a proof that was not at all what we agreed upon. They used my old logo, didn't wait for receipt of the quotes from testimonials as agreed upon, put a picture of my client and her dog on the banner, used the incorrect tag line, contrary to what we discussed and agreed on, etc. They did not allow me any input prior to putting this together in haste. The A-frame was blank. Again, I would like a full refund. They said they could make minor changes at no cost but the changes needed to produce what we agreed on are not minor and they said this would cost me $150 an hour. I want my money back for the careless work done in haste and not at all according to specifications.
