I have been to them since 12/26/2022 and since i have been going for over a year, the hair is still there. There is, I wanna say, about 20% reduction over the last year but my hair still comes back.Business response

The consumer did not adhere to the treatment plan which could be why she is not seeing results. She has signed a renewal for consent to treat at every visit so we will not be refunding the total amount of all her visits.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
Multiple rounds of treatment plans were completed. The first treatment plan of six sessions was purchased and began on December 26, 2022. After completing the six sessions, multiple additional sessions had to be purchased. After receiving laser hair removal sessions from December 26, 2022 until May 25, 2024, and seeing no results, I do not agree that the treatment plan was not completed on my part. I continuously purchased treatments and stayed committed to the Rock Med Spa in order to achieve the laser hair removal that I invested in.
After coming to this location for a total of 18 months, and still not getting results, I decided to end my commitment.

I am rejecting this rejection. As stated, the treatment plan is an initial six sessions, to be used no further than six weeks apart. Client failed to adhere to treatment plan. It is incredible that she had a 30% reduction in hair due to her lack of compliance
We wish her well, but do not see the point of complaining to the Better Business Bureau and apologize for this waste of your resources and time.
