I took 2 seadoos and a power washer to this company for repair in May 2023. I paid approximately $2300 dollars for "parts" at that time. None of these have been repaired. I called multiple times, they have made promises multiple times that "it will be next week " and then never call back. Now they won't answer my call and it goes straight to voice mail.Business response

Took my can am *** in to get worked on 6/15/23. Paid $2,100 for a new transmission to be installed, was told the work would be completed by 6/20/23. Since then **** (the owner) has continually made excuses and avoided calls. As of 10/3/23, he has not called me about the job, and returns no calls. Very unprofessional and very sketchy.Business response

On March 11, 2022, I paid **** ***** d/b/a Side by Side Assassins, LLC, $3,312.00 for doors for a side by side utility vehicle. They were supposed to be delivered by the end of May 2022. Doors never arrived. I heard many excuses from Mr. ***** for many months as to why the doors were delayed. I finally requested a refund and Mr. ***** agreed he would issue me a refund in November 2022. I have been in constant contact via both phone and text as to the status of my refund and Mr. ***** always has an excuse of why I haven’t received it but promises it’s in the mail. I still have not received my refund.Business response

October 12th 2020 I took my side by side to get the engine rebuilt. I paid $1500 for the down payment which was half of what **** said the total cost for repair will be ($3000). He told me 6-8 weeks for it to be done. Six months later I received a call from **** letting me know it was done. When I went to pick it up the total jumped to $3600. He said he replaced the drive belt, injectors, and air filter(all of those were new when I dropped it off to him). I paid the total and brought it back home. Immediately I started having issues. The charging system was not working correctly and caused more damage, a head bolt was stripped out, and my intake boot was torn. not wanting to take it back to him I tried to figure it out myself only to find out it was an issue with the stator (on a rebuilt engine). No charging issues before I brought it to him. I finally took it back to him in August 2022. He charged me $1050 to fix the issue (I guess the warranty didn't cover it). Four months later (December 2022), he told me it was fixed. I went again to pick it up and he told me the fuel pump went out. I took it home and found out that the fuel sending unit that was on it was not mine and they forgot to put an intake hose on as well. I had to go back down there to pick up the intake hose. I bought an upgraded fuel tank that came with a sending unit and started it up. RPM gauge doesn't work and my rectifier and battery blew when I started it up ($300 in parts). He told me he would send me a new fuel sending unit directly when I told him about that issue. two weeks later still not here. I talked to **** and told him I want a refund. He said he would call me back when he got to the office to "make it right" and never did.Business response

I dropped my 4 ******* off June 1st of this year for motor work and paid a **** dollar deposit which came to $1345.50 after taxes. I contacted him around a month later to check in and he said he was waiting on parts. I called again after another month or 2 and he said he had to send my crank off to get machined and once he got that back it shouldn't take that long to do the motor. The next time I called he gave me the run around and told me the squeaky wheel gets the grease and to keep calling him everyday to remind him to work on my machine. I told him several times I was coming to get it and he said he would get to it. I picked it up middle of November and asked for a refund he was not there and they told me he would contact me. The 4 ******* was actually never worked on and nothing was even removed and After no contact I called and he kept giving me the run around it wasn't until he got a negative review that he said he would issue the refund. I contacted him several times about it and have not received it. He said it would be issued on a Friday and it usually takes 24 hours to 3 days and it's been past that and I have not seen a refund.Business response

I paid this buisness $2200 dollars over the past few month and he couldnt provide the services he offers. Im currently trying to fight him over money that was paid for up front for parts and never got in return! Never will answer my calls or take care of what needs to be done!Business response
