I am not liable for this debt with Midwest Acceptance Corp. I do not have a contract with Midwest Acceptance Corporation, they did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.Business response

First, we'd like to let you know that Midwest Acceptance Corporation is not a consumer reporting agency under 15 USC 1681a(f) or any other federal statute. Rather, we are a data furnisher, and as such, we are required to ensure that the data we furnish are accurate. We investigated the reporting of your Midwest Acceptance trade line with TransUnion, Equifax and Experian, and have found that it is accurate. We are mailing supporting documentation to your Pennsylvania Ave address which should clarify the reporting of your account. I want to cancel my loan application that was submitted on October 5, 2023, By S* **** **** ** **** * *** ********** ********** ** *****. This process seems to be taking a lot longer time than expected. I even put $3,000.00 cash down. I have filled out every document, including a scanned title emailed to me last week. Still no vehicle. This has been an unpleasant experience for me. Since I never had possession of the vehicle, I no longer am interested in the loan application. I am seeking legal counsel. Who instructed me to file complaints. I even contacted the lien holder and was told it was out of their hands. The Lien holder is Midwest Acceptance Corporation.Business response

This company has garnished my wages from 11/2016 to 3/2021 and the garnishment was paid in full now this same company has started to garnish my wages again this debt has been payed in full the garnish was for $10,572.20 I have payed a total of $16,776.51 I believe this company has overcharged me and also now they started a new garnish and they took $219.43 so far on 12/29/2021Business response
