Some time ago, while returning from the VA hospital, I stopped at the unmanned touch less car wash, on Pass Rd. I tried, with no success, twice to run my car through the lane. Only one light would show and no wash, either time. I recently took advantage of the latest, $ 400.00 for $ 200.00, and in the past I’ve had several Platinum cards, and with the exception of the Highway 49 location, each time I brought my Taurus and/or Escape in, the work, using my products was excellent. Obviously, no one is monitoring their messages.Business response

I spoke with Mr. ****** last week and he was in the Biloxi location yesterday 2-21-23 for a hand wax he received as part of the $400 for $200 special. Mr. ****** has decided to keep the $400 card. Mr. ****** had a problem at another location which is a self service car wash with an automatic wash. This location has no attendant. He stated at this location he paid for 2 washes by credit card and received no wash. Mr. ****** is going to bring us the credit card statement and we will give him a refund for the full amount. If Mr. ****** has any other assistance needed he can reach by cell phone at ************ or at the office at 228-385-2799.
