My husband and I paid nearly $2000 for what was supposed to be a brand new four wheeler for my daughter for Christmas. We went camping and for Wheeler riding for Christmas. Within 15 minutes of my daughter riding her four wheeler it was broken. We decided to ask the company for a refund. In attempting to call them for days and days and days after Christmas they were continually closed. For about 2 1/2 weeks after Christmas they were closed. When we asked for a refund They said they do not give refunds but they would fix our bike. When my husband went to pick the bike up they told him they were going to charge him for storage as well as labor for fixing the bike. First of all it would not be in Storage if it was not broken. It should not be broken if it is brand new. A aTtempted to talk to the manager/owner and he hung up on me twice. I plan on taking this matter to court. These people should not be in business taking money from hard-working people such as my family. My daughter had to sit out Christmas Day without a four wheeler to ride and now we are out $2000. I promise to see this through and will be taking them to court courtBusiness response

to whom it might concern. as part of agreement on the purchase receipt signed for by any customer that bought from our business there no refund or exchange on any type of vehicles that we sale. we give every customer a 30 warranty on the motor and carburetor but the labor is to be paid for by the owner of the vehicle this is a close that is written on the sales ticket and agreed on by the customer when they sign the receipt after a purchase. in the case of that customer i honored the warranty even after it expired, i warrantied all the parts customer didn't pay anything for the parts and i discounted the labor she only had to pay 30% of the actual cost of labor, after diagnosing the bike the failure was due to overload on the vehicle by the owner and normally it is not covered under warranty but i still warrantied it and the vehicle was repaired in a timely manner.
