In Mar 2020 Bought a 2019 Honda Certified Pre-owned Vehicle. Windshield leaked over time. My warranty I read says 7 yr/ 100000 but dealership in Columbus tells me 3 yr /36000. No paperwork I read says that an also dealership told me they do not cover glass..which 16 months ago they gave me a rental car an sent my car somewhere to b fixed an I went to pick up at dealership. Upon picking up car seen where my Windshield had been cracked on corner of drivers side. I called their attention to it but left in Vehicle. Should have dealt with it but over time I just forgot till it started leaking again. Went back to dealership an that's when I was told don't cover glass an my 3yr/ 36000 miles warranty was up..which I guess was March. Again I haven't seen that in my paperwork. Honda sold me a car with leaking windshield an far as I'm concerned didn't make good on fixing. Still leaks in exact same place.Business response

the last service concern for water leak was 7/26/21 with 28690 miles on car . current miles ,2 years later 63997 . We offered ****** **** a 50/50 split for total windshield replacement (split $200 each) . windshield has pecks and a couple runs in it. we feel our offer is a fare offer due to time and mileage between concerns. customer turned offer down.Initial Complaint

I took my car to Carl Hogan Honda 2 weeks ago because my A/C in my 2009 Acura TL was not working. They explained to me what i would have to pay for a diagnosis. After leaving my car there i received a call from them stating that my entire A/C System was contaminated and that it would cost $2,500 to repair. Although that was way out of my price range i agreed for them to move forward with the repairs. I asked for a loaner vehicle since i would be without transportation for a couple days, they advised nothing was available. I was told they sold all of the loaners. So after 3 days i received a call that said my car was ready for pick up. I go get my vehicle and 5 days later the A/C stopped working. I took it back, had to leave it again just for them to call me and say that i cracked the condenser ( Have no idea how I did this) Mind you when i just paid these people over $2,000 to repair an A/C that they said was contaminated. Just for them to turn around and tell me i had to pay an extra $600 to fix a cracked condenser. I was upset my birthday was the next day 5/25 and i still have no vehicle. Against my better judgment i decided to let them fix it and pay the extra $600 dollars for another repair. Get the car back and guess what the A/C still does not work. At this point i feel like a idiot. I have given these people all my money and my air conditioner still does not work. My mother was upset she went up there took the car back no apologies or nothing. But guess what i got a loaner car this time, which was crazy because i couldn't get one the first 2 times. I feel as though i need a complete refund! Why did i pay my money and still no working A/C. I am a single mother on a state income of $24,000 a year and they took all my damn savings and still no repairs. My feelings are hurt and i feel taken advantage of because i am a woman. So now my car is still there after all the money that was spent still no repair.Business response

It appears the A/C switch wasn't turned on . The switch was in the off position when it was dropped off. when we turned switch to on position the A/C maintained 50 degree air blowing from vents on a 20 minute test drive and freon level checked with none needed. Customer has been notified car is ready to be picked up . thanks *** ******
