I attempted to resolve a faulty ring with this company below is the email thread and picture of the ring. I am beyond frustrated and wanted to make sure to alert any consumers who are considering purchasing from this company that does not stand by its product after 5 months of wear. I’ve been wearing my wedding ring and mother’s ring for over 20 years and guess what… the stones are still in tact. I will make sure to flood social media with reviews about your company, that’s a promise. I didn’t purchase a ring out of a gum ball machine, I paid good money and your stone fell out in less than a year and you say it’s due to regular wear. Understood. Let the reviews begin.
