11 November 2021 I wrote the owner because we were relocating and had the date (previous communications included our relocating, but I was unsure of the date). In 2022 we were still being charged a membership fee. I contacted GRIT as often as 1-3 times in the months that followed, but when May came and I was still being charged I began calling more frequently while emailing. They finally stopped the fees from being taken, but have not reimbursed me for the months of payments that should not have been collected. The facility is beautiful and my family enjoyed swimming there, but attempting to terminate our payment has caused us to lose close to $1,000.
