Hello my name is ******* *******. I had a scheduled appointment today Sept 1, Thursday, 2:30pm (2-in 1 lash/brow appointment) at The Beauty Lab/owner name ******** *******). She text me at approximately 1:35pm asking could we move my appointment to 3. I text her back stating “will 3 be a good time for you?” ******** text me back “yes.” I text her at approximately 2:59pm stating I’m 5 minutes away. Once I arrived to her business at 3:10pm, I text her stating I’m outside,Do you want me to enter the building?” ******** never responded to my text. I immediately called her at least two times. She didn’t answer my phone calls. ******** literally ignored my texts & calls. I yet haven’t spoke to her or received a text from ********. Her booking requires 50% deposit of the service you paying to receive. I paid her $84.50 when I rebooked my appointment on Monday 8/29/22. My first appointment was booked for August 27, 2022 at 3:30pm. ******** sent me a text at 2:55pm stating that she wasn’t feeling well & she would have to cancel/ possibility reschedule my appointment. Mind you my appointment was scheduled for 3:30pm, very short notice to cancel my appointment. I text her back to cancel the appointment & refund my deposit. She refunded my first deposit of $84.50 that same exact day on 8/27/22 Saturday. I decided to reschedule ( which was a bad idea! Again, ******** provided no service. This time she hasn’t communicated nor has she refunded the second deposit of $84.50. I also messaged her on social media (IG and Facebook). ******** has not responded to me at all. This has been a very bad experience for me. I don’t know why she agreed to perform a service from a business aspect and taking innocent people money like myself. I trusted and paid her for a service that she did not provide. At this point, I believe ******** ******* d/b/a The Beauty Lab is a Scammer! Better Business Bureau please help me get my $84.50 back refunded to my debit card. Thank you in advance. Upset:(
