******** off frontage road has had my vehicle for over a month. Ive got over 6 different times to figure it out when my vehicle will be fixed and returned back to me, no one has given me an answer. This last time I reached out I asked to speak to the supervisor, he told me he was walking to the back to figure out what was going on and never returned my call. That was over a week ago and no one has still updated me on it. Im honestly just tired of this business altogether !!!! Dont waste your time or money !

This place is not timely in updates or status for the department. My vehicle sat at the dealership for a week before they pulled it in for an inspection. It took another week before it was "fixed". The check engine light came back on the next day, which was a Saturday. The door panel was not placed back on the door properly and it almost came off on the highway. The service department said the part should be in a day to fox. Five days later, still not fixed. General Sales Manager asked me to call him and he did not answer my call or return the call.

This was my second purchase from them. I ordered a 24 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X just like what I had. I was told the truck would come in on a truck, there was a tow package and only gave me half for my trade-in. When I picked up the truck, there was an entirely different staff there. No one knew that I was coming to get my truck, the salesman was off and couldn't be bothered. The truck was driven from Texas to MS (over 500 miles) not on the back of a car carrier as I was told, but physically driven. While it was making its way here, there was a ding in the door and paint chips. The original people I worked with lied to me. They made all these promises just to get my signature on the paperwork. The second set of people who helped me when I picked it up talked about how they couldn't believe that those other people told me all that. One was even the "General Manager". Mac Haik on Flowood Drive in Jackson can kick rocks.

The absolute worst place to get a car a boat a truck a bike **** if they sold air to breathe i would not buy from them! Used car sales lady ********* is not to be trusted.... I told her how much i had to spend and how much i could afford every month. She comes back about 10 mins later pulls a car the door for me to test drive( FIRST RED FLAG) I thought i was asked what kind i like since its my money. (SECOND RED FLAG) She says dont worry finance will tell you how much your payments will be..after i made the statement again to how much i could afford. Once i got to finance the guy informed me of my payments which was going to be double what i said i could afford. Another 20min sitting in the store the finance guy comes and says i got it lowed,,,(HOW?) I really thought both of them was working to help me..THAT WAS NOT THE CASE! sales lady ********* sold me a LEMON!!! 2days after having the car we find out the truck pop does not work and service department said ********* should have taking care of it...well she was the one whom sent me to the service department. On the 3day i felt a jerk when i start to accelerate... I was then told the service dep. do not service most of the cars they sale because they do not have the tech person for those cars and to take it to a service center that does. Thats the reason for that high warranty. I took my car to service center to find out the car clutch have a dangerous thrust that should have been taking care of before i bought the car ( service center said it nearly threw him out the window!) I called to speak to the manager to only get the runaround. I went up there to speak to the manager and was confronted with the ugliest attitude, the guy told me and I quote "Oh well" its not like you can return a car because it broke leaving out the parking lot! And we are done talking because you can talk to my lawyer...i was so shocked and shook. THIS PLACE HAS BAD! It seem like nothing will be done..nothing at all! DO NOT BUY!!!!

I purchased a used 2020 Tahoe from Mak Haik in November of 2020. During the financing process, we purchased a $3,800 MasterTech / Assurant full coverage extended warranty. Now that a repair is needed, the warranty company refuses to work with the local Chevy dealer on the repair. This has been a nightmare. I've wasted my money at the expense of Mak Haik's commision on a very EXPENSIVE BUT GARBAGE WARRANTY. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

This is the worst business I have ever dealt with I brought a car and 3 days later the check engine light came on so I took it back and they turned the light off and gave it back to me and said the light wasn’t on when they got it .So 3 days later the light came back on and i took it to my mechanic and he put it on the machine and he said it was the thermostat so when I took back to them I told them what the mechanic said they said they would check it ,later that day I got a phone call and they said to come get it that the light wasn’t on again I told them that the light was on they said it wasn’t giving them a reading I told them it’s not gonna give a reading long as they cutting the light in off so in so many words they said they wasn’t gonna fix it so I call and ask to speak to speak to the general manager I left him a message to call me back it’s been three 3 I have yet to here back from him I kept calling for him through out that day it got to the point they stop answering the phone for me what kind of business are they running at Mac Haik who does this type of business I feel like the little ant that’s being smashed by the big beg here and that’s exactly what’s going on over there I don’t want to do any type of business with them ever again I want my car fixed or my money back I have a 30 day warranty.

The worst place to get a car from. 5 months of having the car it won’t crank. The dealership looks at it they say it needs a battery. Bought the battery still doesn’t crank they say it the starter, still doesn’t crank ???????. Still spending money because this is not covered under warranty. Here they come talking about the motor. Lord I had Ro get a need motor. 2 months on down the road it read low pressure to engine. Buy a new fluid pump which they said they put on when they put the motor in. Still doesn’t work. Finally they say they fixed the problem. Maybe a month later it’s reading the same thing. They put another fluid pump on it alone with converter. It ran for many a month in a half now I’m back with the same codes and the truck is still now working. On top on that I have spent out of pocket $7,000 on this truck ain’t had it a year. An contact the dealership which was so rude, stating it’s nothing he can do. Il just have to get it fixed again. Oh also I asked him about the 360 expection they do on the cars, he stated they get rid of them for personal reason. SMH

They add fake income to your paperwork in order to get you approved ,, I paid $5k as a down payment and only $4k was put on my paperwork,,, The lady that is over the sales department told me why the man that sold me my car is no longer working for them is because of these issues,,, and I am paying way more for the car and it was advertised at a lower price

I am resentful for this company sending me unwanted email adds. I have clicked on these unsubscribe options many times. Their site just puts another on their websites up. I am not surprised this business is not with in BBB. Doubt there is anything you can do. Thanks * ***** ******
