Business ProfileforTake 5 Oil Change

Take 5 of Meridian, MS (2108 N Hills Street Meridian, MS 39305) completed an oil change on my car five thousand miles ago. I took my car to a different business today to get an oil change and they could not get the part off to change the oil filter (Take 5 out the part on too tight on the last oil change). I had to drive 45 mins back to Meridian, MS to get the workers to loosen the part to get the oil filter removed (they could not remove it). The manager (**** *****) was not at the shop. There are new workers that were left there without a manager, the correct tool to perform their job duties, and no direction from management on how to handle the issue. I was there for an hour with a newborn in the car waiting on a resolution (not acceptable). The manager told me over the phone while I was at the office that he would change the oil for free and I could bring the car back so they can change the filter because he was "in the field". **** did not do what he told me. According to the document (I have uploaded), the worker just added one quart of oil to my car and sent me on my way. This is unacceptable. I am requesting a phone call tomorrow from the corporate office on a plan of action and a resolution to this issue. To recap: 1. New workers were left without direction from management or the tools necessary to complete their job duties 2. My oil still is not changed 3. They still have not removed the part on my car that they put on to tight 4. I have suffered an inconvenience with my newborn in the car and still no oil change 5. I am requesting a call from the corporate office tomorrow 03/19/2024. 6. ************* ****** ********
