I had ******** Service my residents during Hurricane ******. He was quick to respond and worked hand in hand with the adjuster. ******** took moisture readings that the adjuster did not attempt to take. He showed me exactly where there was moisture in the walls with his meter and Infrared camera. He thoroughly documented every reading to justify why that material needed to be removed. He even showed my family why this material had to be removed due to it being a CAT 3 loss and being hurricane wind driven rain and if it was drywall or a porous material it needed to be removed. i would HIGHLY recommend this gentleman and his demo as they put up plastic over all my cabinets prior to demo and even Placed air filtration devices in my home to keep down the dust/ Protected all my contents. We were beyond pleased of their service, response and communication with us and the desk adjuster

This company destroyed my house while removing my floors. Charge you for things they didn't do. Set up conference calls that are never received. They put holes in my sheetrock, move furniture fully loaded with breakables and caused more personal property to be damaged. My insurance agent, my adjuster and *** have never seen anything like what was done to my house. I had my floors put down with tar, which I now have everywhere. It is on my walls, ceilings, furniture and floors. They even managed to get it on my outside bricks. This company is not professional in any way. Tried to set up a meeting with ajuster, insurance agent but he wasn't able to make it. He has never returned to my home even after numerous pictures were provided to him on the damages made. They just keep say my insurance will pay for the repairs. Everyone who does this will cause our insurance to go up even more. After they remove the floor, they placed my furniture onto this sticky black tar, so now almost all of my furniture maybe damaged. I have never seen anyone that is suppose to be helping people after a disaster, cause more damage than the actual storm did. Be careful, ask lots of questions.
