            In October of 2023, I signed a contract for services for Byrd on the Roof for the following:1. roof repair 2. water damage repair in the interior of the home 3. siding repair to the exterior of the home They received payment on November of 2023; but, the roof was not installed until March of 2024. I have called several times throughout this time requesting a ETA for when the rest of the services will be rendered. This is still an ongoing process.

            They lie and lie and lie. Do not use this company. I paid them thousands of dollars months ago and can't get a call back after I've called at least ten times. At this point I really would just like my money back but again I can't get a call back. Now I'm pursuing criminal charges
