On May 21, 2023 I purchased 3 pairs of shoes and 5 outfits from ******** ****/Gracefully Glittered. I was told on that day that shipping would be 7-10 days. As time passed, I noticed people in the shopping Facebook group and message boards asking where there things were. I confirmed with ******** that it was 7-10 days as I had purchased for something’s for an event 2 months later. She confirmed, 7-10 days. On 6/8 I asked for an eta from ******** and was told she was checking on them. On 6/12 after no response I followed back up. She sent a screenshot of a tracking screen and she said it doesn’t have a delivery date. But was told she should have tracking asap. On 6/23 I followed back up. ******** responding, “checking on this now.” On 6/25 I followed back up. I discussed that the tracking number she sent shows in her town. She never followed up. On 7/3 I followed up. No response. On 7/12 I followed up expressing my disappointment and that I felt as if I had 3 options: 1. Refund. 2. Dispute with my cc 3. Contact authorities and that I would give her till end of the day. I got a very angry message back explaining I I was cruel and that shipping issues are not her fault and to contact authorities because no refunds was on my receipt. I explained to her that it is not on the receipt and she sent me a screen shot of a post on 6/8 (after I ordered) and another on 7-1 (after I ordered) with all the fine print… including no refunds. After back and forth with zero resolution I’m still out $327.08 with no product almost 2 months later. I’ve since had to purchase two of the products elsewhere since I didn’t get them in the time specified.
