Sweet Pete’s misrepresented items they were selling on social media. I purchased a sweatshirt for $30, which did not look at all like the item posted online from the company. I wanted to return the item so I reached out to them via the “contact us” page on their website twice with no response. I then left multiple comments on their social media page, all of which were deleted (the company has no direct email or phone number listed on their site). NUMEROUS other customers saw my comments and reached out to me to state that they had the exact same issue. This company is scamming people and then not providing refunds. I ended up paying $10.50 to return the item myself, bringing the total to 40.50. I simply want this company to take some accountability for their actions. Deleting reviews, comments, and entire posts doesn’t make an issue better. It is disgusting.
