I ordered underpinning last year, 2021. It came in September 2021. We contacted Mills Home Center of Pontotoc in Mississippi in September 2021 to let them know that we did not receive enough runners or liners to finish putting up the underpinning. They said they'd order it for us, but couldn't give us an eta. We've called many times since, each time same thing. They never call us to give us an update, so at one point, I thought maybe it wasn't even ordered. I called back to make sure it was ordered, and ***** said rudely, "You've receive everything you payed for." I said no I hadn't. She said that we didn't pay for any more runners. I told her that the runners were supposed to come with the underpinning. At this time she changed her story and said, "Oh yeah. Well they don't give an eta. I don't know what you want from me. I guess I could call and see if they can give me an eta, but it won't be an exact time." I said that that's what I was wanting. Not an exact day, just an eta, to make sure it was still ordered. ***** said she'd keep me updated. She also said she'd check the lot to see if they having anything similar, but she never called back, this was about three months ago. At this point, all the underpinning we put up has been damaged from the wind being able to still go under the house while we waited on the runners so we could finish putting up the rest, so now, I would rather have a full refund for the underpinning so that we can repurchase underpinning from a dependable seller, underpinning that hasn't been damaged while waiting nearly a year for runners and liners that were supposed to come with the underpinning we purchased. I am willing to even return the underpinning that we have available, though like I said, it's damaged from Mills Home Center neglect to send us our full order, which once again, we've payed for in full. The order was over $1,000, but we no longer have the receipt, as Mills won't answer our calls so we can't request a new one.
