Date ********** was 9-1-2023 I dropped my car off to them on wed. Aug 30 before They opened with note and keys in drop box per our previous conversation because i had to work They were to check it out and contact me. No call by 230p so I call them they hadn't got it in. They will call when they do. They call 345p couldn't get it pulled in to check out, they will check it out first thing Thurs morning. No call 140p, I call them still hadn't checked it. 232p they call with the diagnosed problem and price, I ok'd to fix it. They call me back 419p cant get parts till tomorrow which will be Friday that's 2 days they have had my car and Friday will make 3. I call 241p because I hadn't heard from them and I get off at 530p I need my car and to make arrangements to pick it up they said they were about to call me they still awaiting 1 part but it will be ready by 5 and they close at 5 so to make a long story short I pick my car up it has the exact problem I took it in for, and noise appears to be worse . I didn't notice until I had to turn a corner and there was the exact noise.so of course there closed now and for the weekend, and Labor day was monday. So I immediately called when I got home left a VM of my concern and that I would be back on Tuesday. I call bright and early Tues left VM that I was coming. I got there they said no one was there yet to drive it with me so I left it again. They hadn't called by 3p so I called them no one pulled it in yet they'll CA me shortly. Called me back at 344p wanting$400 more dollars I said what's different that wasn't found a few days ago when you had it. So I refused to give them another dime and told them I will be to pick my car up leave my keys under my ***** They thought I was just gonna give them more money. Picked up my car and it was so noisy I had no choice but to take it somewhere asap to get fixed so I had to take off work and spend another$758.81 to fix the original problem they didn't fix order#*****Business response

I am sorry you feel like we did not do our best. Like I told you several times we spoke. We were extremely busy those days. I apologize for that inconvenience. Might I add. I even stayed late for you to be able to pick up, your vehicle. As far as the work we did. You needed those parts. We have been in business since ****. We do not do shady business like that. Those other parts you needed we didn't know you needed at the time. Because those Control arms and sway bar link were making the noise as well. Which I tried to explain on the phone to you multiple times. But we always tell the customer what we hear first. That was the control arms and sway bar link. I even tried cutting you a deal with the additional work. Just to be fair. I hope you have a wonderful day.

I am rejecting this response because:who in there right mind returns a customer car and not not test it before you call and say it's ready. You purposely had it ready just before you closed and took my money knowing it wasn't fixed then when I returned you easily find what's wrong with it and want to charge me more money. My car was so loud I had to take off the next day and get it fixed elsewhere who spends **** and then almost 800 the next day if you did your job correctly. Diagnose my complaint and repair it.

We've had cars here weeks at a time. We are a very busy shop. When you came in. We replaced the visual problems. When trying to find a noise. You have to replace what you know without a doubt is bad. If you weren't in a hurry to get your vehicle at the end of of the day. We would've had enough time to test drive it before you picking it up. So when you came back. We told you, we would look further. Which we did and we told you what else it needed. We could've told you, that you needed to replace everything. But that is not how we do business. We've been in business over 30 years. This is not the first problem we've had like this. If we weren't rushed by this job. We would've had more time to check afterwards. Regardless of the fact. We have the parts we said were bad. We still have here. And they are BAD.
