I recently had my front and rear tire replaced by this shop and the owner personally swapped them out for me.....it was done in a timely manner but the problem is he scratched and gouged my powder coated rims ruining them. I called many times....his responses, " they still balanced out"..." I can touch them up with a sharpie"... No joke people. $507 dollars for 2 new tires, mounted and balanced and I'm told he will fix them with a sharpie. Taking him to small claims court if he doesn't resolve this ASAP and reporting him to the BBB. Nice guy, unethical business owner. This has been my experience with this shop and i have all the documentation to prove it.Initial Complaint

Purchased new parts for my bike. Purchased on October 4 2022 Didnt receive parts until November 2022. Tried to return parts due them being the wrong ones on January 5 2023. They stated parts were in on October 6th 2022. But I had called numerous times and was told that they werent in. Until November thats the answer I got every time. Due to holidays and waiting for other parts. I wasnt able to return or call until today. The parts were supposed to be ****** Factory parts and the was actually aftermarket parts. Manager is unreasonable
