Association Management advertises themselves as a business that provides support for growth and success with associations. Our association has not had that experience at all. AM previously provided management and bookkeeping services for ******* FCCLA. This business has consistently not returned phonecalls or emails regarding financial matters, including processing W2s and I099 forms for our employees. Ultimately, our board has spent a great deal of time attempting to contact *****************************, Association Management owner, with no success. It is difficult for our association to grow and succeed when we cannot get information regarding our employees tax information that they need to file tax returns. We need for ******** to contact ******* FCCLA and help us provide tax forms for our employees.Business response

Our company has provided services to the Montana FCCLA for many years, however to do management changes that they made in 2022, we decided to not renew our contract with them in 2022. We worked with the president of the board at the time because they did not have an Executive Director to transition and provided all the physical and electronic files to them. Our contract terminated on August 31 2022, thereby making us unobligated for any future services unless proposed and agreed upon by both parties.
I have never been contacted by nor met or worked with ******************************* who has submitted this compliant. I have been continuing to communicate with their president ************************************** I'm not sure if she has incorrect contact info from me - but do not have any emails or voice messages from ******. I'm assuming she is their new Executive Director who must have been hired after our contract ended.
The tax forms she references have been completed and sent to their new bookkeeper. This work was done free of charge by us, as again our contract ended in August and there were no discussions about ongoing work at that time.
I feel this complaint is unwarranted and if anything is due to lack of communication or misunderstanding.******************************;
