We hired this business to help us solve a terrible fly problem we have, with their verbal guarantee that they would come back if it didn't work. We paid them $8460 in February 2020 and they performed the work. The following fall the fly problem was just as bad as it had been and we've been trying to get them to come back ever since. We've left numerous messages and they have only gotten back to us once (on 7/29/21), in that call they said they would put us at the top of the list to respond to, we haven't heard from them since. It's very frustrating to call and e-mail with no response. This will be our 3rd fall since it was supposedly remedied and we still have the same fly problem that we paid them to fix. At this point we're tired of their unprofessionalism and would like our money back so we can hire someone else to hopefully solve the problem.
