We ordered sled parts from a *********************** ****** in ********** **, he proceeded to ship them via R2Gglobal, the company told us we needed to pay 170 refundable insurance fee.The company is not recognized by PayPal. After we paid the insurance fee, they said they shipped our package but now need a ****** stamp fee to get our package out of retention custody.We were provided a tracking number and an address to a empty lot saying this is the warehouse for drop off. So many red flags.No phone number to talk to Anyone, only correspondence via email.We do not have our package and are out the cost of the item plus the ****** refundable insurance fee.We ordered this package February 4th, 2023. Then the insurance fee on Feb 11th 2023.We want our money back or to receive the package.
