We booked 2 rooms at Elk Horn **************************** for Aug 9 - 12. A deposit was required to book the reservation. We have sense decided to cancel our vacation to ************************* due to the extreme flooding and washout of one of the major roads in the Park. Due to this closure the remaining portion of the park is severly overcrowded and people are reporting they have to wait for hours in their cars to get through the park. Since these are extenuating circumstances, we requested a full refund of our deposit at the end of June. The other hotels we had booked for the rest of our stay gave a full refund immediately. However, Elk Horn has been unwilling to give a refund, even though we gave them several weeks notice.Business response

******************** Pakr has been completely reopened since July 2 - well before this guests dates in August. She is in no way impacted and is not due a refund.
