We booked a reservation for July 18th through booking.com where, when the booking was confirmed, we screenshotted the cancellation policy stating Youll be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel after reservation. If you dont show up, youll be charged the Total price of the reservation. However, we emailed to inquire on cancellation policies due to the flooding at Yellowstone, and within a few days (a month before our arrival) we were charged the FULL amount of our reservation. I sent screenshots of the cancellation policy indicating only half could be charged, no reply, and when I called, they said there was NO cancellation policy. The policy they hold and the way they process payments is different than how it is sold from booking.com. They owe us $404.70.
