January 22, 2019 my wife and I paid "Property Relief Consultants LLC" nine hundred dollars to eliminate our timeshare fees. They have a '100% Money Back Guarantee' that ****** "Property Relief Consultants LLC guarantees that we will get your timeshare contact cancelled within 365 days or the Client will get 100% of all fees paid to Property Relief Consultants, ************************ or ******************** Services refunded." As of today, we have not received a refund from Property Relief Consultants LLC.Initial Complaint

We contracted with Property Relief Consultants, ****** *****************************, CEO for $851.10 on 07/19/2021 to free us of our time share. Our contract states we will receive a refund if our time share is not surrendered within 365 days. We have tried tirelessly to contact ********************** with no reply. His wife, ***** has been the only one to provide some information by referring us to American Title, Lakeside, and Switch It. We paid American *************** $780.84 on 09/14/2021. We had to pay maintenance fees to our time share of $876.90, and in a couple of months we will have to pay these fees again. It appears ********************** to Switch It who follows the same business model by no communication or status requests. It is frustrating, and ********************** offered so much hope, and no matter how many calls, emails, and pleas for help he would not respond.Business response

The cancelation of this clients timeshare was handled by An outside contractor and after speaking with them I was informed that the issue has been cleared up and the client is happy.

I am rejecting this response because: ****************, did not respond to our numerous pleas for an update. He disappeared after we paid our money. It is a ruse for *** to state that we are happy as the only thing that occurred was the sub contractor contacted us after we filed with BBB. *** spoke a promising talk at the beginning, but does little to complete the process, and forgets who you are.

***** received a message from the closing company and they said, "They understand and are good now. I sent them everything they signed with us and told them what we've received from the resort, etc." Therefore their case is being worked and completed. The complaints should be removed when they are out of their timeshare.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: business in question did not follow their contract, as they said they would complete process in one year or there was a money back guarantee. In June 223 it will be two years of waiting on this company and their associate. What choice do we have but to wait and continue to pay yearly maintenance fees on our time share Company states we are good, yet they never ever responded to us, and instead pawned off the process to their associatefees on our time share
