Rent deposit was not fully refunded. Deposit was $1000 and only $500 was refunded Additional rent was paid and NOT refunded. Overpaid $234 per a daily rate per below:Contract 2900/month (per 30 days) = *****/day 12/1522 through 2/14/23 = 62 days * ***** = $5,994 (rounded).Paid = ***** + ***** = $6228 Overpaid = $234 Charged beginning 12/7 but the unit was not ready until 12/15 .Was charged a $250 cleaning fee when the apartment was NOT clean on arrival compared to the units cleanliness upon leaving (attached cleaning invoice from 12/8 - shows apt was not ready on 12/7)Final refund of $984 is being requested.Attached doc showing all items that were completed (not initially done by owner). Shows the incompleteness of the unit on 12/15. As mentioned the unit was still being worked on the week of 12/7-12/14.
