We visited the location on October 26. We stayed in line for a long time before a male approached us and asked did we sign a waiver. I asked if waivers were transferred from the ******* location and he said no. We had to wait while someone was using the waiver device. She was taking an extended amount of time. Then we had to wait in line again. It was chaotic. Once we got to the trampoline my son was overstimulated and we needed to leave. We were there for maybe 10 minutes. I called to ask for a refund and no one answered and no messages could be left. So I called the sales line and he said he would contact you and have you call me back. No one had called. I dont live in the area. How do we get a refund? Thank you
