I was fraudulently charged for $74.49 by this company or a person used my debit card fraudulently via this company February 11th. I tried emailing twice with 0 response,got through once to their call center which either has a bad connection or NONE at all because it disconnected me once I talked to one of their so called representatives . Then I got stuck in a forced loop of holding my spot in a call line that does not exist and never got a call back to discuss the fraud and refunding it/holding the person responsible that used my card. I live in ******* and have never as much as driven through ************** let alone visited there. I want my money refunded ASAP. NOTE THIS IS FRAUD AND ONLY PUTTING IN $ amount in next field for specifics. The charge is pending so I cannot dispute with my bank until it actually posts. This is so frustrating and hope no one else has fell victim to this.Business response
