      On 11/16/2022 I gave ****** and ******************* a brand new $500 motorcycle seat to custom upholster. I put a $150. deposit on a $200 job. They took the seat and for the last six months almost no response. Last response was in Feb saying ****** would finish it tomorrow. Tomorrow never comes. *****

      I gave a $1200 deposit, seats, hardware, etc on a job quoted by the business for $1800 November 28th 2020. It has been almost 2 years and after dozens on attempts at communication, trying to get my property and deposit back, this business has ignored me every step of the way. As of September 21st, 2022, we have contacted them 18 times, asked for a completion date and meetup time/location, they provide a date and time, then ignore us completely when the date comes. They then contact us later stating "something came up."

      May 11th I dropped off my boat seats to get redone. They initially stated that it would take 4 to 6 weeks to complete them. They also told me if I paid in full up front they would put them in priority and ahead of others and would be completed in 3 to 4 weeks the most. Here is it July 28th and I've been told for 3 weeks now only 2 small pieces left and still not done. And now currently not getting a respond from either ****** or *****. They play the blame game on each other on why I'm not getting a response or pictures of completed work thus far. Mind you since I started dealing with this business they have both changed and got new numbers and from what I was told hadls had to move to a different shop... They have also posted other completed jobs between the time I dropped my seats off til this month...

      I am restoring a 2002 BMW M3 that was previously being used as a racing car. I needed some upholstery work done to the vehicle such as headliner, posts, sunroof, visors, steering whell, console, handbrake, bag, shifter bag. I contracted Brothers Diaz Upholstery to do the job for a fee of $700. I dropped off the car on 10/7/21 at their home shop and gave a deposit of $300. Many weeks passed by where I didn't hear anything back after multiple attempts to contact. Finally I recevied a response that it still wasn't done and I asked for pictures but never received any until the day I stated I was coming to get the car whether it was done or not. On 11/06/21 I drove back out to their home shop in ******, NC and the owner was not home. I spoke with his wife and she informed me that it still wasn't finished but I could take it. The both visors, dome light cover were missing in the vehicle. She stated that the visors were still being upholstered and he had left to go get that done. I gave her $140 on 11/6/21 and had a remaining balance of $60 once the visors were completed. They deducted $200 from my bill because he didn't do the steering wheel. She stated she would ask about where the dome light was and we could come back to get it. It has been another month and I keep getting the run around about where my property is and when I can come pick it up. I don't even care if it's done or not, I just want it back. I would warn customers to not bring their property here to be reupholstered because from other reviews on BBB I can see this is typical business practice for them.

We are currently closed for the holidays and we would like to get this customer back his pieces as soon as possible as my wife had told him . We will be in contact with him to schedule a pick up day as soon as we open
