Hi I used Carolina pro sweep company/*********************** to install a chimney cap a few months ago. After a heavy rain the chimney cap fell off shortly after being installed. I contacted ***** to have it reinstalled mid August and he informed me he would come by in a few days to have it correctly reinstalled. I have continuously tried to contact him and have left voicemails, text messages and I have received no responses. I am looking for a refund and don't want him to reinstall based on his professionalism and the quality of work .

The cap was installed almost six months ago. I am sorry that on high chimneys wind sometimes will blow them off. I underwent 2 brain surgerys in May and June of this year and so I was out of commission for a few months I sincerely apologize and would gladly put it back or give a refund and still reinstall the cap This was out of my hands and was a medical emergency and I do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this caused.
