I have contacted this business several times to cancel my membership and all of those times I was told I’d receive an email to do so. I have yet to get an email and they pull money out of my account for a membership since Aug 31, 2021 that I am unable to use due to me moving from NC to VA on that date above. I’d like this canceled and my money back for all the inconvenience.Business response

The member was emailed back on January 10 at 9:15 AM with the required proof of move documents listed below. These documents were never submitted so we were not able to stop the membership with our current rules that are in place.

Hello *******,
Thank you for contacting Peak Payment Solutions regarding your cancellation. Your contract term allows for early cancellation, due to relocation, if you permanently relocate more than 8 miles from your current residence and more than 25 miles from any Fit4Life location. It is required that you provide valid proof of move and 60-day notice. Valid proof of move must include your name, your new address, and current date. Please see the approved list of proof that you can send to us.
Once we have received that and all other cancellation requirements have been met, we will be able to move forward with your request.
Acceptable Proofs of Move:
* Driver's License or State ID
* Utility Bill or Phone bill (not a cell phone bill)
* Lease Agreement and/ Closing Papers (must include the signature page)
* Insurance Policy (Auto, Home, or Life) Declaration page required
* Bank Statement or Major Credit Card Statement
* Military Orders
* Housing Assignment with current student ID
* Paid tuition bill with current student ID
