Legacy flooring installers caused an electrical power outage in my home while using their power tools. Unfortunately they will not come and inspect the situation nor assist me in any type of manner. I called repeatedly for 3 weeks trying to get some assistance to no avail.

There were no issues with the install, and once the installers left the home, the customer realized that the stove wasn't on or didn't have power. The customer then checked her breaker box and claimed one of the breakers was flipped. When the customer flipped the breaker she told us she heard a loud pop and that then not only her stove but other electrical outlets stopped working for part of the home. The customer had an electrician come out to the home and she said he couldn't find what the issue was. Our installers had no issues with the power while in the home and did nothing other than plug their power tools in the garage while working. We have informed Lowe’s and the customer that this is a site condition with her home and that our installers never touched anything with the 220 electrical line, nor would they need to in order to complete this project.

The customer seems to blame our installers simply because we were in the house shortly before she had this issue occur. It’s an unfortunate issue but has nothing to do with the flooring installation.

I ordered my new flooring from Lowe @ 3-15-2022 ; the flooring materials were delivered 3-22-2022; and installation began with legacy flooring in April. Legacy flooring was contracted though l****. Legacy flooring started removing old flooring and halted construction work for about a month. Once the situation was settled between l**** and legacy flooring they continue working and completed the work by 29 April. The following month I called legacy flooring to notify them that some of the planks were showing gaps and look as if they were coming up or click when step on. The associate said that a manager would get in touch with me . Later ***** ****** contacted me and asked for photos and I provided them. The next said she needed to get in touch with corporate and that some planks are made that way. I haven’t heard back from anyone since. I didn’t complain about the workers damaging my loveseat or glass front door which they could have said something to me about. I’m just disappointed and need a response

Ordered hall bath 7" hexagon light gray tile for floor on 6/30/21 (through*********************** in **************, NC). ****** farms out the install to Legacy Flooring in *******, NC. Product delivered to our home 7/15/21. Made arrangements for install on 8/12/21 with project manager person at Legacy Flooring. Confirmed as it got closer to install date. A few days (or day before) rec'd call that due to unforeseen circumstances they had to reschedule install (I believe something about having difficult time getting someone to install here in *********)...so rescheduled (cannot remember date but Legacy has on record). Had new installer for Legacy (1st time he did job with them, he did not finish that day as promised (small 5 x 7 hall bath) and had to return next day. The grout was still wet when he left and the floor looked ok while wet (from what we could see at the time). 2 or 3 wks went by and we noticed 2 or 3 areas that had grout cracking and chipping. We had gone on vacation so called when we returned (5 or 6 wks after initial install) to report. Had to followup with 3 calls before we recd any action to setup a repair call. Legacy said the original installer was no longer with company and needed to find new installer for our area. Weeks went by and we heard nothing. I finally followed up with them and got a call back with a new installer name and he came out and did what appeared to be a very cursory skim coat over the 2 grout areas with cracking and chipping. Its been a few weeks since repair and one of the same spots is cracking/chipping is happening again. Made arrangements couple wks ago for last Fri 12/10 for another repair and they rescheduled again for today 12/17 (8-10), nothing. No one showed up, no call, no nothing. I called Legacy at 11 and told them we were getting on with our day etc. I would like to have this remedied with a tile professional that knows what they are doing and professional conduct from Legacy after 6 months.
