On January 9th, ****, I placed an order (#***) at store #**** for 6 medium cheese pizzas, 6 medium pepperoni pizzas, and 4 32-piece parmesan bread bites at 5:40 for a watch party event from 6:30-7:45. I was provided with an estimated delivery time of approximately ***** minutes, hence why I placed my order. Unfortunately, this order did not arrive until after 8:25, nearly two hours after the provided estimate for my standard pizza order. They arrived after my event ended, with everyonemyself includedalready gone. I attempted to call my Dominos chain at 7:40 to cancel my order given the extreme delay and the website indicated that my pizzas had not even been baked yet. When someone finally picked up the phone, they hung up immediately. I called twice more, and nobody picked up the phone or returned my calls. Ultimately, I was on hold for 32 minutes without receiving any response at all. I attempted texting the ordering assistant bot to cancel my order given the lack of phone service, but they told me to cancel the order through calling my local storewhich I had since been attempting. My order came incredibly late, my attempts to cancel my heavily delayed order that had not even yet been baked were blocked, and I have been continuously ignored in repeated complaints to the store to be contacted and have the issue redressed. I would like to request a full refund for my order. After communicating with their ***************** account, I received this email " Im sorry youve had to reach out to us about your recent experience at the ******** Dominos. At Dominos we pride ourselves on providing great quality food and service. From what youve said weve fallen short of our goal. I have sent your feedback to the Franchisee, the owner, of the ******** location and have requested a representative from their office follow up with you as soon as possible." Still, nobody has reached out despite this and my repeated attempted contacts.
