      I want to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred at your Wakefield Tire store on 9th November, 2022. I came to your store at 4:45 PM to get a nail removed from one of my tires. One of your associates told me that the tire wasn't repairable and suggested I purchase a new one. The tire was replaced however, in doing so, one of your technicians broke a HINGE in my trunk. He was holding the trunk as he tried to put back my donut in the trunk and that was when I noticed it was broken. As expected, he denied breaking it and called the "Manager". The Manager looked at the truck and said that the technician did not break it. I told him to look at the cameras to prove that the trunk was broken by the technician. The Manager stated that he did not have access to the camera and would call me back the following day - guess what, do you think he did call me back? NO!!! Extremely poor customer service and a company where the fault is NEVER theirs.....The video clearly shows the before and after the replacement of the tire and definitely shows that the damage was done during the replacement of the tire. I've had to spend over $1500.00 to get the hinge replaced. This so called reputable company stated that there was an "existing" problem - this was not verified by the Toyota dealership. It was simply broken......

      Spent $1600 on new tires. Have been back up there twice in 2 weeks due to a tire not holding air pressure. The first time, I was told it was fixed and the "low air light" sensor will go off when I drive the car. Complete lie. It goes off when air is appropriately put into the tire. Second time they did actually take the tire off the rim and looked at it. Said they sprayed around the tire and found no leaks. Tire pressure dropped from 34 to 24psi in 5 days. Called again to get a new tire today. Told I have to wait 2 more days. They can't do it today. And they won't even guarantee me a new tire. Poor customer service. Will never go here again. Or recommend this place to anyone.

      The customer had an appointment on Tuesday, Nov 23rd - no call no show. The customer then called again on Saturday and was told the tire is in stock and an appointment was made for today, 11/29 at 3:00. She spoke with the manager and was told the tire will be replaced at no charge.

      Yes this is correct about the no show no call. I had already been in your facility two times prior to this day and was told the problem was fixed. I put air in my tire again on Monday evening. The night before the missed appointment. I was hoping and praying that the tire was holding air and I would not have to go back into your facility yet another time. By Saturday the tire pressure had dropped down very low again which is why I called to make an appointment again. My third appointment to correct the problem. I completely understand things happen unexpectedly etc but having already been in there twice previously to correct the same problem, I believe I should have been taken care of that day. Regardless of how busy the schedule was. Of note, the problem was finally fixed the third time I went back.
