This company is functions as scammers in childcare. They charged me $189.20 for a babysitting service that I never agreed to and never booked with them. They actually violated the HIPPA law and went to my previous credit card used without me authorizing it and charged it without letting me know. When I notified them of this they said they issued me a refund on 2/1/22 for the full amount and even attached a fake receipt. I called my credit card company today and they didn't credit me back anything. Attached is their bogie return receipt.Business response

The email read" "Set schedule of 28 hours plus additional hours as needed. 3 days a week - currently Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (4 hours each day) and 2 days a week - currently Monday and Thursday (8 hours each day). Since it's only 1.5 hours today can I use the 1/2 hour credit for next time? We then charged Mrs. ****** for her trail date with our sitter. On December 28th Mrs. ****** cancelled her booking via email. Unfortunately, due to the holidays, emails were not checked frequently. Note, All of our clients have the ability to cancel on line and are responsible for maintaining their bookings on line. We are happy to assist, however due to the nature of the timing, did not cancel on time via our customer service line. Furthermore, Our system automatically runs invoicing based upon bookings agreed upon if it is not cancelled by the parent. If there is a wrongful charge, a reconciliation process is then started. After the reconciliation, we concluded that the booking should not have been charged. PlatinumSitters processed the refund for Mrs. ****** on DATE/TIME : 01 Feb 22 07:46:12 $ 189.20 USD. Since then, we have sent Mrs. ****** our proof of receipt along with Transaction ID, Reference #, and Authorization # required. (not left here due to public viewing but available upon request). We are unsure how to prove further that the refund has been processed. Consumer Response /* (3000, 8, 2022/03/07) */ I am not satisfied with this response. I contacted my bank and no refund was issued as they claim. They also are not telling the truth as they charged me for a date that I never requested services for.
