We are new to the Durham NC area and bought a wonderful 20 year old house. When we realized we needed a new roof we were a bit uncertain how to choose a roofer. Several companies had been through the neighborhood, knocking on dorrs, but none impressed us When ***** from Tar Heel Roofing and Solar came by we were immediately impressed. The company is young but ***** is very knowledgeable, and very personable. He explained in detail how the company works and how the roof would be installed. The work was started in a very timely fashion, was done efficiently. ***** stayed in touch about all the details and the roof was done in a day. Clean up was flawless and ***** made sure the entire job was done to standards. He even had a drone that took pictures of the completed roof from above. We have had roofs replaced on other houses and never had that nice touch. I recommend this company without reservation,Review from Jose B

Being a first time home buyer I was a little clueless about my 20 year old home and it’s maintenance, and with the recent hurricane, it did some damage and had a roof leak. ***** and ******** were very quick to come out and give me an estimate as well as the repair the very same visit! ***** was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the type of material and types of repairs that could be done, as well as giving me a break down of costs and materials. ******** was very thorough with the repairs and the best part was the pictures of the different steps in the repair, ensuring me it was done right without shortcuts. Very affordable and very helpful, I will definitely have them perform the maintenance and upkeep with my new home!
