      Did a diagnostic on my vehicle issue was not resolved now theyre telling me something different is wrong with the vehicle from what they were supposed to repair. They had my vehicle for 3 days and didnt start working on it until the 3rd day which caused me loss wages because I had to call off work. Took my vehicle back because of the unresolved issue now they want me to pay out of pocket because theyre saying the extended warranty that I have *** not cover this new issue. I called to speak to a manager and was told theyre unavailable because theyre doing manager things as if my issue doesnt warrant anything. This is the 3rd vehicle Ive gotten from them and theyve had major issues within a short amount of time.

      Worst car buying experience ever! Detail damaged my jeep. Large area of paint missing. Entire top had to be repainted. Finance officer was very unorganized. Overcharged us $1000 more than agreed upon. Had to make finance office fix it causing second set of paperwork to be completed. When husband went to pick up jeep after paint completed, they couldn't find it or keys. Then was told my tire sensor was bad. No issues had previously been noted in the only week I had the jeep. Husband found radio antenna hooked under wipers while traveling up the interstate to home. Services that came with jeep were not activated as promised. Dealorship is crooked and needs to shut down. Have also reported these issues to Jeep.

      This is *****. I visited Keffer to look at a couple of Cars (Dodge Chargers). I was told by ******* (Sales Rep) that I couldn't drive any Cars above my budget. Then they rushed the Sale of the car adding unauthorized add-ons.They didn't fix the dents and scratches on the Car as per the document signed and promised. They also charged a higher interest rate. Then, after reviewing the paperwork, I informed ******* and the Finance Director ***** to remove/cancel the add-ons as she agreed and promised to do. I had to make several visits and take time off to go to the dealership to take care of this. They decided to do what they wanted to do. They have not called me or try to do the right thing.Horrible customer service. They want your business and money but they definitely don't care about their Customers.I will definitely Not do any business with Keffer again.

      I was referred to Keffer collision from ********************* and thought they were good people but they are not! I had a bad experience with a tow truck company that towed my car they dented my fender in the process! Well I was told to take it Keffer to get a quote! I dealt with Buster in the collision center! He told me I could bring it at anytime to drop it off after he gave me a quote of **** to fix it! The tow company was trying to pay out of pocket without dealing with the insurance they had! That was shady part 1! ***** part two is when I was told my the tow company that ****** was willing to do the job but was wanting a cash handed to him on top of the repair! Shady part 3.I decided instead of dealing with the tow company because I felt like it wasnt right I decided to file on my insurance and do it the proper way! My insurance contacted ****** and he wouldnt let me bring my car told them that ot would be Feb before he would be able to get to it! All because he was gonna he losing some cash that the towing company was gonna give him to fox my car! Con artist is what it is! I refuse to deal with people like this! I will never purchase or have dealing with them again! Its so hot right on so many levels! Its down right disgusting! I have multiple texts where he stated to bring it on when o could and then as soon as I got insurance involved he said no Im not dealing with the insurance! Am I missing something g here? Isnt most of the business based on having vehicles foxed the correct way with the insurance companys paying to have things fixed?!

      DO NOT trust the website no hassle pricing, they have a lot of hidden dealership fees.

      Business reply to 'Slic Rigger' (real name omitted.)...We are disappointed to read that your unique encounter at the dealership here did not meet your expectations. Know that the dealership has 0$ in "dealer fees," so there are in fact no hassles in pricing. We exercise market-based, competitively researched pricing on all inventory, and have been a community neighbor for five decades. The dealer-installed buyer protection products and accessories' prices are transparently displayed on the vehicles themselves, and prominently placed in showroom banners. Plus, the dealership takes extra care in complying with all state-approved pricing disclaimers on all marketing platforms (websites.) We work with every customer to find a car and a budget that works easily for them, and stand ready to be flexible with 'Slic Rigger' to do the same if he/she wishes to do so.

      bunch of shiesters look out for the safety package they tell you is required no way around it. Only thing required is doc fee. This is some safety package was ******* still dont know what value or safety improvement this is. I was never told what it was because my sales rep he didnt know!After an afternoon of dealing with these shapeshifters we agreed on a price which is great for them as since you spend all day arguing over thier unwarrantied fees you end up paying full price for the vehicle. A salesmans dream.When the deal was finalized i had to step outside i couldnt stand another moment. My wife signed since it was her car and those charlatans added again a warranty and safety package.I called and spoke with ***** who had zero intention of remedying. So i send to NC **** of ******** Affairs who sent to NC **** of ******** ***** wrote the biggest piece of fiction to thier inquiry. However they agreed to remove fees and a dollar amount off car if i would sign a non disclosure agreement about the incident. They sent us our money with no agreement. I didnt agree to a **** thing. Buyer beware. You can feel the thickness the tension the shadiness just walking in the place. Theres a place in h*** for these folks.

While all of the dealership's pricing and dealer items are transparently disclosed, on each new car next to the factory Monroney label, once again with signage prominently displayed throughout the showroom, on any dealer written offer, and then confirmation of the disclosure on all paperwork at signing. All of which is considered thorough disclosure by any standards. At your earlier request though, we were pleased to refund you any/all of the added equipment in question, and we do appreciate your business.
