      Well, purchasing a bag on the Belk website they advertised at 20% off discount for opening a charge account. I open it and it was approved immediately and was sent a card number and a discount code even though I entered the discount code when I made my purchase and it looked like it was reflected when I was finally able to submit it after fixing an address issue.The discount was missing

      Went on Belks website and fell in love with these loafers. I immediately ordered them and awaited their arrival. When they arrived I noticed that the bag felt like it was hot a complete box. I opened the bag and shoe box did not have a top on it and that the box was ripped. It basically looked as if they just grabbed the shoes and threw them in a box. The shoes are made of this suede type material so they would need to be protected. I noticed that the shoes also had some white dust on them. On the back of the heels it looked as if someone had tried the shoe on and mashed the back part of the shoe down. I tried to reach customer service to complain and every time I would enter my order number it would tell me that it could not be found. I created an account with ********************** when I ordered the shoes in order to keep up with the tracking but every time I tried to log in it kept kicking me out. Im disgusted by the way that Bels sent my item its really disgusting

      I am writing to dispute an item on my credit report, which is the result of identity theft. After reviewing my credit report, I found an account with SYNCB/********************** that I did not authorize or open. I have reported this identity theft case to IdentityTheft.gov.The details of the fraudulent account are as follows:SYNCB/BELK Account Number: ************ Date Opened: December 21, 2017 Amount: $160.00 This account is not mine, and I request that you remove it from my credit report. I have included a copy of my identity theft report and a copy of my credit report with the disputed account highlighted.I would appreciate your prompt action in resolving this issue and look forward to receiving confirmation that the inaccurate account has been deleted from my report.

      On 4 September 2025 Belk received a check for $11989.79 along with order pages from Belks website for order #*******AK (our own generated order #) We are not in possession of the items nor our check We have tried several methods of contact w/no response other than our email being flooded with Solicitations which appear to be the only way Belk responds A bulk of the amount was for out items with the remainder amount being a donation We are a veteran-owned ministry When will we receive our merchandise?

      I ordered an item, from BELK>COM the item was shipped and I was billed for it, when i opened up the item, It was not what was pictured on the website, I requested a return, have proof of return, and took pictures of everything. The website add, the item that was sent, my return confirmation. I am waiting over 2 months for a credit on my charge for an item I now do not even have, and they refuse to take care of this. I had to call several times and demand to speak to a manager but to no avail was there ever a solution. They have obviously sent the wrong item and are advertising the wrong item. They refuse to answer, I have called and asked since they are still listing the item if it is in deed the correct item now, I want a refund since i was sent something different than what i ordered and i also returned it and still I have no credit. This is terrible customer service and turn around time to me, after this is resolved I want to cancel all my accounts with this business and also I want to get restitution for them tying up my money so that I was not able to purchase the item that they incorrectly listed elsewhere and was not able to since they had charged my card.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      it has already been two months, they have not return any calls nor have they been able to answer me or refund my money for and item I purchased that was never delivered, I returned the item they sent as the item ordered was never received. They refuse to answer and the refuse to refund my money or send me the item I ordered.  I have proof and can send if required. I purchased and item then advertised online only thing is they didnt send me the correct item. Then when I called them to make them aware they told me to return it I requested and issued a return and they received it and still havent credited my account nor have they sent the correct item. I am very upset and will not purchase a single thing from them ever again for taking so long ( over two months ) and still no resolution. I have been a good customer for a few years. This is beyond disappointing and definitely not very good customer service.  They lost a customer unless they remedy this quickly and with perks. I also was told that they just cant confirm if the item is available at all yet as of today they are still advertising it on the website. It is not the black wallet with pink interior they sent me black in black and it was wrong. They refuse to address this and Im out  over $600 dollars plus shipping. I want a refund and compensation for the aggravation.

      Belk continues to provide me with receipts on the last three purchases. Ive verified my email numerous times. I was promised a full refund by an acting store manager last week, however the manager today said I would not get a full refund. I dont care what the sale price is. This store failed to provide a copy of the receipt of this purchase and are penalizing me for their profit, where they failed to provide said receipt. Ive spoken with HR as well, who wasnt helpful. I will never shop at this store again.

      I made a transaction with belk on the 2nd of September to the tune of $311.09. I returned 3 items. 1 i returned for a full refund, the other two i wanted an exchange in the size. one was a pair ofAK **** ***** Women's Ponte Straight Pants UPC: *************. which i ordered in a size XL. I exchanged for a L andDonna Karan New York Women's Collared High Low Tunic xl which i exchanged for a L. on the 12th of sept i got an email from Belk saying that the tunic in a L was out of stock and therefore was cancelled .the other item i returned for a full refund has been refunded but the tunic to the tune of $128.52 is yet to be refunded. i have lot count of how many times i have called belk and they keep claiming they have refunded **** have also called zip pay in four and there is no refund. they are refusing to refund me or even look into the issue instead they keep creating case numbers, so far i have 2 case numbers17998721) this one was given to me yesterday(17936431( this was given on the 22nd of sept. all they do is create case numbers make you wait 5 days and create another promising to look into it , they even promised that a manager would call which never happened. I just want my money back and i promise never to exchange anything with them ever again. thanks

      On September 3, I placed an order with Belk fine jewelry to purchase a ring and some earrings. The item shipped separately via *****. It is now September 25 and I was notified by ***** that my ring which was the second package to ship has been lost. I provided information to Belk stating that they would need to reach out and file a claim with ***** and they refused to do so. I have all the pertinent information as well as email correspondence to back the claim up. As the customer dont feel like I should have to investigate nor file claims when I dont have the barcode information and I also bought this item in good faith from Belk and I have tried to reach out to them to let them know the issue and I really am not satisfied with the response Ive gotten.I called and spoke to someone named ******* and I tried to explain to her that ***** lost my package and she still is insisting that either the customer should have to file a claim and when I confer with *****, they are telling me no the shipper needs to file the claim. At this point, Ive wasted numerous hours of writing emails and now phone calls with no resolution.
