The worst of the worst!!! One star is FAR too generous. **************** crew are rude and extremely unprofessional. We had a horrific experience with them.1. They were very careless with materials. We ordered 3% extra & ended up having to purchase more wood because there was so much unnecessary waste. We told the crew that the second batch of wood is all our budget would allow. After that conversation, we left; we were informed by another crew working there that **************** members were cussing out and furious with us. 2. They cut all the wood inside our house, in a small room. The walls was COVERED in saw dust. Their remedy, take a damp ************* it all over the freshly painted white walls, which caused the painter to come back & have to repaint the entire room, which cost US more money. 3. They did a horrible job. We had white oak, pre-engineered floors installed. There are soo many broken pieces, wood filled areas, splinter ************* glue ALL over the floors that is near impossible to get up. 4. We were told by the manufacturer that our pre-engineered floors would need to be glued. We ordered the wood and the glue and ********** knew that we planned on gluing the floors. AFTER the project started, ********** told us that we would need to glue AND staple the floors. He never gave us a change order or told us of a price change. So were just handed a bill for 20 cents more per square foot. He knew beforehand that we planned to glue them & never said a word until after the work started. 5.The crew was extremely reckless while working. Our drywall had just been completed & they destroyed it. There were so many ************ heads from excessive hammering. After the job was completed, ********** texted & asked for payment. There was so much damage, we texted back saying that we would pay him 50% now & the other 50%( minus the bill from drywall to fix all the damages) after the drywall company gave us the repair quote. At this point, ********** texted back with threatening and insulting texts. Saying that he knew people like us and he knew how to handle the situation. Saying that damage was part of the game and that we are responsible for the damages they caused. He threatened to put a lien on our property and *** us. He got so verbally abusive that we stopped responding. We paid the other 50% because drywall company was kind enough to not charge us. **********, or one of his guys, came back to the house and proceeded to throw glue on the floors all over the floors and then my HVAC guy and I found FRESH and very potent smelling urine in our vent/air duct. **************** was the only crew we left unsupervised during that time. We then had to cut the drywall in the basement ceiling and completely replace the urine filled duct. Moral of the story, if you want to have crappy work, be verbally assaulted, have your house damaged and then vandalized, then ********** is the guy for you!! Shameful shameful!!
