DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY BEWARE. THEY WILL NOT FINISH YOUR **** THEY WILL QUOTE YOU ONE ***** THIS TRY TO HAGGLE YOU INTO PAYING MORE. THE MANAGER ****** IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT SOLUTION ORIENTED AT ALL. I CALLED THEM AND ADVISED I NEEDED MOVERS AND A TRUCK TO MOVE ME FROM ONE 3 BEDROOM APT TO ANTOHER 3 BEDROOM APT, I TOLD THE *** THAT I NEEDED MY FURNITURE DISASSEMBLED AND REASSEMBLED AT THE NEW LOCATION. I WAS ADVISED THAT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 6HRS PROVIDED A QUOTE AND ASKED TO PAY IN FULL. I CALL AND ASKED ONCE I RECEIVED THE QUOUTE IS THIS AN ESTIMATE OR THE FINAL *********************** STATED NOT THIS IS PUR ***** NOT AN ESTIMATE AND I ASKED HE THEN ARE YOU SURE THIS WILL BE DONE IN 6HRS SHE ADVISED THEN THAT YES AND USUALLY SOONER. I SAID ARE YOU SURE BECAUSE IM HESITANT TO PAY IN FULL UPFRONT WHEN OTHER COMPANIES REQUEST ONLY A DEPOSIT. I WAS ASSURED THAT WAS THE ***** AND THAT MY JOB WOULD BE COMPLETED. AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PICTURES MY JOB WAS INFACT NOT COMPLETED. THEY DISASSEMBLE AND MOVED MY ***** HOWVER ONCE AT THE DELIVERY LOCATION ADVISED THEY COULD NOT ASSEMBLE MY ***** AND HAD TO GET TO ANOTHER **** THEY ALSO WERE NOT ABLE TO LOAD ALL MY ***** ON THE ****** THEY BLAMED ME AND SAID WITH MOST 3 ****** THE ***** FIT AND THEY ARE NOT SURE HOW THEIR MOVERS PACKED THE ****** AGAIN NOT MY FAULT. THEY REPEATEDLY TOLD ME THEY WOULD NOT ASSEMBLE MY ***** BECAUSE I DID NOT STATE ON MY INITAL CALL THAT THERE WAS A BUNK BED NOT DESK THAT NEEDED TO BE DISASSEMBLED THOUGH I INFACT DID. THEY THEN INSISTED THAT I NEEDED TO PAY FOR EXTRA TIME THOUGH THEY MADE THE ***** IN QUOTING ME A TIME AND AMOUNT TO COMPLETE THE **** I HAVE NOW HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY TO COMPLETE THE WORK. PICTURED BELOW IS HOW THEY LEFT MY ***** WITHOUT ASSEMBLING THEM. I FEEL IM OWED A REFUND FOR THE POOR SERVICE AND THE UNPROFESSIONALISM THAT ****** PROVIDED I DESERVED A FULL REFUND.Business response

We are sorry about the inconvenience. Our guys did stay over the original set time that was paid for. We did notify you that you would need additional time and the price for the additional time. We were informed that you did not want to pay for the additional time.
