Our son had a medical hardship that required in home oxygen care at night. We attempted to help our son get acclimated to the oxygen but it was very difficult since he is three years old. We periodically used the equipment but never fully implemented it. We never received a bill from the company for the duration of our first year with the company. We received no communication from the company to see if we needed additional supplies or to check with us if we were even using the equipment.Time passed and my wife and I finally decided to have the equipment picked up this year because our son was showing progress. We called the company and they said we needed to have this submitted by our doctor first before pick up. We got the pick up approved by our doctor only to days later receive our first ever bill from this company back dated to January ( this was several months into this year)I called the company and complained because I felt this was unjust given the circumstances, lack of communication and proper notification, lack of attempt to contact us for pick up or check if we needed supplies, and just overall shady business practices referring to receiving a bill back dated several months after I called you have the equipment picked up. After a few weeks I received a call from their only billing person who explained this was being resolved and we would not be expected to pay. We received a bill a few months later which I thought was a mistake only to find out they were not clearing our bill and in turn were actually charging us a late fee on top of the initial bill I explained I did not feel we should pay.I have payed all of my sons bills to companies who have shown to be reputable companies. This company seems to be vested on bill collecting with little to no effort on proper business practices and concern for customers
