Fully professional from day one. Very responsive and great in communicating. No push sales, just what was needed.Did menu roof in the 280 homes neighborhood. ****** was super helpful in scheduling and ****** was great in billing as I messed up and did not handle my Insurence checks the right way. Never any problems in splitting the bill, arranging for delays. All in all, great firm. I would gladly do business with them again.Review from Chris S

Steele Restorations did a great job working with my insurance for hail damage and a wonderful installation job with colored gutters with gutter guard. Our house looks so good now we are able to list it for a higher price than anticipated. Great Job Team keep up the good work.Review from Justin Z

**** and ****** at Steele Restoration are fantastic. They make the roof and gutter replacement process smooth and simple. We had our roof damaged by hail and they facilitated the entire process with our insurance company, helped with our HOA approval, and made product selection easy. I talked to several companies before picking Steele and all of them wanted to slap new shingles on my house and run; not replace important elements of the roof like flashing; not Steele. They believe in doing the work right! Most important of all, they had excellent communication throughout the entire process. I highly recommend using them if you need a new roof or gutters.Review from Sara M

Fantastic staff in the office. They did a wonderful job with our strict insurance company to get us approved for a new roof. Two days before install, we received a detailed email of tips for the day of install, which was extremely helpful. The roofing crew worked diligently for a FULL day and cleanup was great (not perfect but pretty close). We had an issue a few days later and they came right out, no argument, to check it out. I would highly recommend Steele Restoration for your roofing project.Review from Lamar L

From start to finish everything when as plant, the salesperson and the secretaries, the roof team, and the ************** that they use Metro Gutter where very professional patience, we had to cancel a couple of time because whether and at the end of the day it was install.Review from Georgia H

This group was wonderful in all ways possible. There were enough folks to finish the entire job in one day, the cleanup was thorough and complete, along with taking the old shingles away with them. ********************************* was in communication with us before and after the job.and provided excellent advice along the way with absolutely no pressure. Steele Restoration did right by me, I am very pleased with the service they provided (new roof). **** was our representative a true professional. I was able to call him with any questions and he always had the answers. If he wasnt available to answer my calls he always returned the call. When he scheduled the date for the crew to start working, they were on time and ready to work, clean up was great. **** went above and beyond a great asset to Steele Restoration LLC. Steele Restoration is fantastic! This is the second time i've used them and they are very good and thorough. The nicest thing is they do an excellent job of cleaning up the job site. Most roofers leave hundreds of nails all over your yard, they do not! Highly recommend them for your roofing needs.**********Review from Tim V

When I hire a contractor I expect three things. You show up to work on the day that is scheduled and on time. You do everything you say you're gonna do. And finally, you answer your phone, messages or emails with in 24 hours. Steele Restoration did all three. The owner ****, makes everything super easy. He sticks to a timeline and delivers on everything. His job site ******* is amazing and does whatever he needs to do to make sure everything goes smoothly. His roofing crew worked their ***** off on a very big, very steep roof. They cleaned up everything and answered any questions I had during the process. The office staff is a 10 on a 10. They were so friendly and so helpful. ******* looks absolutely amazing. We've already had several inches of rain and there were no issues. Im not a review writer , but this company definitely deserves credit for being top notch. I highly, highly recommend.
