Hello, I made a purchase of shoes for an amount of $690 on 4/26/****. They were supposed to do a refund of $423.64 (shoes were $395, tax was $28.64) upon return of the shoes. We mailed the shoes to the address they provided on 6/24/22 with a tracking number (**********************) by ***** **** verified the shoes were received by the ** post office on 6/27/22. The post office also indicated the shoes were brought back into the post office by someone from the Maglieriapelle business and marked the package as "Return to Sender" on 7/3/22 and therefore the package was returned to me. Our local post office in Smithtown was nice enough to re-send the package... they also verified the address and phone number to the company and sent the package for a second time. However, the package was, once again, returned. I've been courteous and supplied the business with all the info they required including tracking numbers and pictures of the package. The order number is #****-7861539 and the shoes style is "******* - Brown". I do believe they are purposely sending the package back as "Return to Sender" and are no longer replying to my emails, phone calls, or even chat box on website, just so they can avoid having to refund them. I'd like a full refund for the shoes, tax and my shipping costs, which would be $436.09. Shoes were $395, tax is $28.64, my return shipping costs is $12.45, for a total of $436.09.
